On April 17-18, 2018, in Osh the PF "AVEP "within the framework of the M-STAR project held a seminar where were developed the training modules on the specialty of furniture manufacturing. To this seminar attended partners of the project, the PF DANIDA and specialist on furniture manufacturing. During the seminar experts shared with their ideas on development of modules, and identified the necessary topics and equipment.
Leaders of farmers' groups, under the "KARAGAT +" program, passed a training on gardening. Participants received skills and practical knowledge on correct pruning, budding, grafting of trees, etc.
Participants of the training consider that if at least one member of the family has these knowledges, than other members can learn skills from him. Participants said that gardening brings the main income of the family, so they need to have these skills.
From May 13 to 14, 2019, in the Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken oblasts, within the framework of the M-STAR project, the Sekom Training Center and the AVEP PF began teaching English in 6 madrasas. When studying language courses, youth of madrasas are trained to increase comprehensive education and employment through additional education. Held a course in English language in the madrassas "MuaZ Ibn Jabal", Batken, madrasah "Imam Azam" Kadamjai district, the madrasah "Kozu kyzy Burmakan" Osh, "I. I. Abdyjapar" Kara-Suu district, madrasah "Abdiraim kary" of Uzgen district Myrzake village, Osh region and in the madrasas, "Imam Azam" Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region.
On 15th of March, 2018, PF AVEP held a meeting within the framework of the M-STAR project. To the meeting had participated representatives of the Kazyayats of Batken, Jalal Abad and Osh, the head of the madrasahs and representative of the religious commission and shared with their views. The purpose of the meeting was to choose the professions of each madrasah. As a result, it was decided to train the following professions:
PF AVEP, together with the State Commission for Religious Affairs and the Muftiyat, organized seminar, where was discussed selection of madrasahs within the framework of the M-STAR project for 2018. After the discussion of the sides, 9 madrasahs were selected around the country. In selected madrassas will be organized courses to improve the professional skills of students.
