In 2018, the G-STAR project will introduce and promote a simplified student internship system in construction teams. This training mechanism will be imple-mented in close cooperation with the construction teams. From March 14 to 15, 2018 in Bishkek, due to the tasks set and their effective implementation, the project conducted a 2-day training on capacity building of the team leaders and trainers of partner organizations AMETiS and CEEBA. On the first day of the training, the partic-ipants were acquainted with the Concept on the introduction of the internship sys-tem in the teams, and discussed the specific duties of the trainers, supervisors and trainees. On the second day of the training, the participants increased their knowledge in the field of preparation and conduct of theoretical and practical train-ings. On the same day, participants learned the basics of drawing up an estimate of thermal insulation works and the construction of energy efficient stoves. After the completion of the training, the organizers assessed the training and agreed on fur-ther work plans with partners and construction teams. This project financed by the Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and implemented by the PF AVEP.
