In late July 2017, in the Daroot-Korgon village, Chon-Alai district, within the project "Promotion of the employment and unemployment youth through energy efficiency skills» was conducted practical training on thermal insulation works with industrial materials. The project is financed by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation through the program "BAY ALAY". The training program included two sections: theoretical and practical training, and was aimed at improving the skills of construction masters in the field of insulation of apartment houses with the use of industrial thermal insulation materials. 11 rural masters of the village of Daroot-Korgon took part in these trainings. From these participants had formed a team from 4 persons headed by Adilbek Nasirov, which has continued to be engaged in the thermal insulation works. Later this brigade insulated 2 containers and one apartment building, and the team for thermal insulation services earned 75 000 soms. For these works the brigade used the tools which were received with the support of the project for the amount of 22 750 soms.
