The next group on the course of thermal insulation of houses and the construction of energy efficient furnaces received certificates and construction tools. Within the framework of the project "Vocational training in green building skills" implemented by the Public Fund AVEP with the support of the Embassy of Finland in Astana in 2017 through the training centers AMETiS, "Success" and the Professional Lyceum No. 14, 55 students received knowledge and skills in the profession of a heat insulator and a master construction of energy efficient furnaces and ochok. During the training in practical classes, students have warmed 2 houses, built energoeffektinyh 2 furnaces and 2 ochok for low-income families. For 4 brigades created by graduates, PF AVEP gave the necessary tools for further successful work.
The house of the widow of Kalykova Indira, who lives in the village of Ichke-Bulun, Djety-Oguz district, Issyk-Kul oblast, is warmed. At the moment she alone brings up 4 daughters. For the warming of the house spent 210 000 soms, which of 83 000 soms were financed through the project, and the remaining expenses were covered by the Public Association AMETiS.
Within the framework of the project "Vocational training in green skills in the construction industry" realized AVEP Public Fund with the support of the Embassy of Finland in Astana initiated short courses through the training providers. 27 students enrolled for the thermal insulation of houses in Jeti-Oguz District through public association AMETIS in Karakol in the VS №14. 17 students are trained in the construction of energy-efficient stoves in the Issyk-Kul district at the training center "Uspeh".
With participation of the 200 students from 6 madrasas and local 30 employers M-STAR project staff organized labor market analysis. During the meetings staff asked from parts which professions are more popular and why? Also staff learned wishes of the students about the profession. By end of the analysis it was unexpected result, needs and wishes of the parts were coincided. For the labor market the next professions are needed: welders, seamstress, PC users and cooker-confectioner. Short –term courses will be provided on selected madrasas for the project.
In December, 2016, representative of the Mission of the Embassy of Finland in Astana Katya Karppinen visited the Issyk-Kul Oblast as an evaluation mission of the project "Teaching Green Skills in Construction". The activities of the project were evaluated perfectly and the donors agreed to continue this project in 2017. PF AVEP together with training providers will continue training young people in rural areas in the construction of innovative green skills and provide gratuitous assistance to low-income families in the warming of houses.
