Employees of AMETiS and CEEBA improved their knowledge and skills in facilitating communities and promoting their services
From 5 to 6 April 2018, in the Kyzyl-Suu village, of Issyk-Kul oblast, was conducted a training on capacity building of the staff of the Association of Masters of Energy Efficient Technologies and Construction (AMETiS) and PF CEEBA. The training was conducted under the framework of the G-STAR project (Green Skills Training in Rural Areas), during which two topics were covered: "Faslitation: application to strengthen relations with potential clients" and "Skills training to develop plans for the promotion of company products ". The training was attended by over 15 people with different experience in the field of administration and promotion of the organization. The training was conducted according to the developed program, taking into account the participants' opinions and using the principle of flexibility.
Based on the results of the 2-day training, the form of the work plan and the development of the organization was developed, in particular, the promotion of goods and services in the consumer market and the plan for training masters of energy-efficient technologies.
Building up the professional potential of partners is one of the important tasks in the framework of the G-STAR project. The project has been implemented since 2016 with the support of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and PF AVEP.
